C-TYPE heat sealers are very easy to operate and require minimal working space.
They are suitable for a wide range of packaging applications in production, order fulfillment and office environments. Simply connect to a 230 V (the USA versions to 110V) power supply and they are ready to go.
The C-TYPE machine range is produced in five sizes, with sealing lengths ranging from 220 mm to 820 mm.

Sealing explanation
Impulse controlled sealing: the sealing wire gets hot ONLY when the sealing bars are closed and in sealing cycle.
All C-TYPE impulse heat sealers / poly bag sealers work with a 2,5 mm (app. 0,1 inch) wide impulse sealing wire. The sealing length depends always on the size of the machine. All thermoplastic (heat sealable) films up to 200 micron total material thickness can be sealed easily and air tight. The total surface of the sealing wire is PTFE tape coated. This avoids sticking of the bag material to the sealing wire.
Materials suitable for sealing:
• PE, PP, PA, PVC and other thin laminated films.
Sealing type:
Single sealing (makes only one sealing on the bag and seals from one side)
2,5 mm (app. 0,1 inch) sealing (up to 200 μm)
Safety cutting knife system
The C-TYPE and CI-TYPE impulse heat sealers / poly bag sealers have an integrated specially designed safety cutting knife system.
This cutting knife system enables to produce bags from tube film or to cut the rest of the film off the bag after sealing.

In order to activate the cutting knife the operator has to push down the knife and move it along the complete sealing bar length. After releasing the knife it will slide back into its safe position.
Simple operation
The sealing wire of the film sealing machine – poly bag sealer heats up only when the sealing bars are closed. The sealing is activated when the sealing bars are totally closed and the LED light turns from yellow to red. The operator must hold the sealing bar and push it down manually during the sealing and cooling cycles. If operator opens the sealing bar before the sealing cycle is finished, the heating of the sealing wires will be shut off automatically. NO risk of getting burn injuries.
In standby mode the machine consumes only app. 8 W / hour (energy saving 
) electrical power.
The machine is designed to seal filled bags and produce bags from rolls.
